Report a security issue
The security of our platform and of our customers' data is a high priority for us. If you have found a potential vulnerability in a service of PBS Network GmbH (enchase), we would like to hear from you.
How to report
- Email support@enchase.com with the subject "Security report".
- Please describe what is affected (address or service), how the issue can be reproduced and what impact you expect.
- Do not include personal data of third parties beyond what is needed to reproduce the issue.
What we commit to
- We usually confirm receipt of your report within three business days.
- We will investigate, keep you informed about the progress and let you know when the issue has been fixed.
Please note
- Do not access, modify or delete data of others. If you come across such data by accident, please stop and tell us.
- No tests that disrupt operations (e.g. denial of service), no social engineering, no spam and no physical access attempts.
- Do not disclose details of the issue before it has been fixed or before we have agreed on a date.
- We do not offer a bug bounty.
