Plans & billing

Can I start for free?

Yes. The Free plan lets you access the marketplace and place orders without a contract or credit card.

Do you bill monthly or annually?

The prices shown are annual prices billed monthly. Annual upfront billing is also available — contact sales for details.

What's included in API access?

Pro and higher plans include API access. Rate limits go from 100 requests/minute (Pro) up to 400 requests/minute (Enterprise).

Data & compliance

Where is data hosted?

All plans are GDPR-compliant and hosted in Germany.

Does the Enterprise plan include dedicated support?

Yes. Enterprise customers get a dedicated support contact and an 8-hour response SLA for priority cases.
